Shipping
All of our dragons will be shipped Monday through Thursday via UPS overnight
service. We will ship as fast as one day prior to purchase.
This 24 hour period providesus the time we need to properly prepare your dragon(s)
for shipping. Upon arrival there must be
someone home to sign for the delivery. If there is not a signature our live
arrival guarantee is VOID.
Shipping prices will vary from $45 - $65 depending on your location. Every dragon
shipped is professionally packed.
All dragons will be shipped in styrofoam insulated boxes.
All will include Heat / Cold packs depending on location and weather.
Boxes, heat packs and all packing materials are included in the total shipping
price. All East Coast Dragons customers
will be provided with tracking numbers via e-mail per customer request.
In most cases we ship year round. East Coast Dragons does reserve the right
to change shipping date due to weather changes.
Live
Arrival Guarantee
East Coast Dragons guarantees your dragon will arrive alive and healthy. In
the unfortunate event a dragon is
recieved dead we must be contacted immediately.
We also request that any dragon recieved dead be placed in a freezer in the
provided plastic container.
In some cases we will ask to have the dragon shipped back to us for necropsy.
All Dragons recieved must be signed for on the first delivery attempt or our
guarantee is VOID.
Sexing
Guarentee
East Coast Dragons does our best to accurately sex all of our dragons. There
is NO guarantee on sexes of dragons under
10 inches unless otherwise discussed.
In the event the sexing of your dragon was incorrect over 10 inches we will
do everything in our power to satisy our customer.
Deposits
East Coast Dragons accepts deposits, approx. 25% of the cost of the animal (Unless
other arrangments are made.)
In order to ensure the particular animal that you want, will be held for you
until an agreed upon
shipping or pick up date.
If the animal is held for longer than 14 buisness days with no contact from
the purchaser,
it is than assumed that the purchaser is no longer interested in the animal,
and it is put
back up for sale.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL A DEPOSIT
BE REFUNDED.
Please be sure that you are 100% positive that you want and are
able to recieve ANY
animal that you choose to put a deposit on.
